His songs are as strong as his singing & fantastic musicianship. Tony Nicholson was born in Kingston Jamaica. As well as performing in his home country of Jamaica, he has toured Canada and the United States in his first major music venture as the band "BLOODFIRE". During his five year stay in north America Tony Nicholson & Bloodfire opened concerts for the biggest names in reggae. Bloodfire played venues with STEEL PULSE, THIRD WORLD, PETER TOSH & JIMMY CLIFF.
The band even opened for the POLICE.
